When can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders by the next working day. Your parcel should then be delivered within 1 to 3 working days by Royal Mail depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout.

My goods are damaged, what should I do?

We handle your products with the utmost care, but if they arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order and return the damaged items. We will either provide a refund or send a replacement, and we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

What is your returns policy?

At Craft Syrups, our team consists of passionate cocktail enthusiasts who personally use everything we sell, so you can shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. We simply ask that the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of dispatch. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the return process, so we recommend using a recorded delivery service with proof of delivery.
